[Gertrude] {Queen}: I'll [wait] {warrant} you, fear me not;
Gertrude speech prefix
Queen speech prefix

The Second Quarto speech prefix must be correct to Shakespeare's hand, since this is a private, personal meeting between Hamlet and Gertrude. Gertrude is not being "the Queen" here, she is being Hamlet's mother. It is correct that her name be used.

The First Folio change to "Queen" is probably because the Folio editor did not realize that the social status title of "Queen" was not appropriate in this family situation.

Also:
wait
warrant

This is one of two cases where the First Folio substituted the word "warrant" for a different word in the Second Quarto. (The other case is Scene 6 line 042.) The word "warrant" does not make good sense here, since there is nothing for Gertrude to warrant. Hamlet is never supposed to know Polonius is there. It could possibly be taken that Gertrude is promising not to give Polonius away.
